We do not accept cash. Valid credit cards only.
Check in time is 3pm. Please check out of your room by 11am. If you need to check in before/after office hours or would like a late check out, please request upon making your reservation or upon check in.
A credit card is required to guarantee the room and to cover room incidentals. The first night's charge is taken at booking. You will be notified of any additional charges to the room. Incidentals can include missing items, damage to the room, unapproved late checkout, or for extensive cleaning needed.
Any reservation cancelled the day of check-in will be charged a one night fee.
Reservations cancelled before the day of check-in will be subject to a $10 processing fee.
Pets must be registered upon check-in. There is a nightly fee of $10 per pet. Failure to comply with guidelines will result in a minimum fee of $50.
There is a maximum of two pets per room. If you are traveling with more than 2 dogs, you will need to reserve more than one room.
All reservations will require a $40 hold to be placed on the credit card on file ($100 for the two bedroom suite). The hold will be released at check-out, as soon as housekeeping has been able to check the room for damages.
City ordinance requires us to maintain a quiet time of 10pm.
Our hotel is non-smoking! Ashtrays are provided for guests outside all rooms, there will be an additional $250 fee added to your room for smoking along with any room damage.
RV guests may not put up fences or walls around their sites. Garbage must be picked up and personal items remain stored inside.
Pets may not be left unattended in RVs.
Each RV site is allowed a maximum of 2 people.
RV spaces are rented monthly. Nightly rates are not available.
