Do you have a nightly rate?
No. Our RV park only has monthly rates.
What does the monthly rate include?
This includes the space rent, electricity, trash, and sewer. Wifi is available, but the speed varies depending on the time of day. Guests may also request the login for the park’s Netflix account.
What rvs will be accepted into the rv park?
RV’s should be 20 years old or newer.
The length of the RV must be 36 feet or less.
30 amp electric (Our park does not support 50 amp electric)
Are there any requirements for guests?
The primary guest must be 21 years old or older.
No more than 2 guests per site.
Current registration and insurance must be provided for trailers/motorhomes and personal vehicles.
An application must be filled out prior to acceptance.
All paperwork must be on file BEFORE moving on site.
Applicants with a felony on record will not be approved.
A written appeal of this decision can be filed for consideration if the applicant chooses.
Are pets allowed in the RV Park?
Two dogs are allowed per RV site.
Dogs MUST be on a leash and under control by the owner at all times.
All dog poop must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly.
Fines will be charged for dogs off leashes and for dog poop in spaces.
No pit bulls or aggressive dogs will be allowed on site.
$100 fine will be charged for dogs off leash and for not cleaning up after pets immediately.
Other requirements:
Each space has parking for up to two vehicles (depending on space and the size of the trailers/cars).
$50 refundable deposit due at move in. Refunded if two weeks notice is given before moving out.
Cars may not be parked in empty RV spaces or in the drive isles or they will be towed at the owners’ expense.
Personal items must be kept cleaned up and under cover.
No fences, sheds, or other structures may be constructed on the RV site.
NO FIREWORKS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
No fires are allowed.
All trailers/motorhomes must have skirting.
Heated water hoses are required in the winter months. (November 1-May 1)
